The department of History has a clear vision to empower the students with value based holistic education and transform them as enlightened citizens of the country with global standards through incessant pursuit of excellence. we also work to get outstanding academic performance with quest for excellence in teaching, learning and research to impart, sustain and apply knowledge and skills in an interdisciplinary environment with consideration for ethical, social and ecological values to carve out professionals of integrity and character for nation building.
